To support this, Monaghan Farm has collaborated with REIS Architecture & Interiors to develop a dedicated architectural service offering tailored specifically to Bach Village. Having been closely involved in the architectural framework and approval processes within the estate, REIS has a detailed understanding of the design principles, aesthetic requirements, and approval pathways unique to Monaghan Farm. This familiarity can significantly streamline the journey from initial concept through to estate and municipal approval.
