Architectural Overview
Spacious, yet discreet, only single storey structures that disappear into the landscape will be permitted. Roof and wall colouring, for example, will fall within a range of earthy colours that match the environment. All houses must demonstrate an element of passive solar design and the ability to collect rainwater in tanks. Architectural guidelines have been formulated and an aesthetics committee will approve all plans before submission to council. Monaghan Farm will be a showcase for excellent design.
